Twelve is a first-floor apartment in Wallasey. It's about a mile from the coast. It's two bedrooms and sleeps four. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The main living space is open plan. Kitchen, dining, living area all in one room. It's a good space. There's on-site parking, which is useful.

Wallasey beach and New Brighton beach are close. You get a clear view of the Liverpool skyline from there. For a walk, the North Wirral Coastal Park is right nearby. The promenade is good for cycling.

The Hilbre Islands are about a 20-minute drive away, over in West Kirby. You can walk out to them at low tide. Check the tide times. The local golf courses are popular, but the coastal wind makes them a proper challenge.

Liverpool city centre is a ten-minute drive through the Kingsway Tunnel. Chester is about 30 minutes by car. Birkenhead Park is worth a visit. It's a Victorian park that influenced Central Park in New York.

Facilities wise: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's no pet allowance.
