Anfield Haven is in Liverpool, about two miles north of the main station. It's a Victorian house, end of terrace. There's a small enclosed yard at the back with a BBQ.
It sleeps ten people in five double bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept. The house is tall, so there are a lot of stairs. They're normal house stairs, not too steep.
You're about a twenty minute walk from Anfield stadium. The 17 bus into town is much quicker though, about ten minutes. There are a few local shops and cafes on Priory Road.
Newsham Park is just up the road. It's a big, traditional Victorian park. Good for a walk or letting kids run about.
In town, the waterfront is the main thing to see. The Royal Albert Dock has the museums: the Maritime Museum, the International Slavery Museum, and Tate Liverpool are all there. For Beatles history, you'll want to book the Magical Mystery Tour bus from Albert Dock. The Georgian Quarter around the cathedral is nice for a wander.
If you drive, Crosby beach with the Anthony Gormley statues is about half an hour away. Knowsley Safari Park is in the other direction, also about half an hour. Cheshire Oaks outlet is about forty minutes.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. There's no garden, just the paved yard. Sorry, no pets.
