Anfield Haven
Anfield Haven is in Liverpool, in Anfield. It's a big old house, sleeps up to twelve people. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms.
It's a four-star place. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There are some nice original bits and pieces left in, like the windows or the fireplaces. The stairs are standard for a house this age.
You get an enclosed back yard. There's a gas barbecue out there. It's not a huge garden, but it's private and gets the sun.
The Liverpool FC stadium is about a twenty minute walk away. The city centre is close, a ten minute bus or taxi ride. There's a huge park nearby called Newsham Park, which is good for a stroll.
Liverpool itself, you've got all the usual city things. The docks, the Museum of Liverpool, the Tate gallery. If you're into The Beatles, all the tours and museums are there.
If you drive, you can get out to the coast in about half an hour. Crosby beach is where the big metal statues are. Southport's a bit further. Wirral is over the water. Knowsley Safari Park and Cheshire Oaks shopping are also within a half hour drive.
Facilities wise, it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. The place is dog friendly for one well-behaved pet.
