The Cosy Cabin is in West Hill, Somerset. It's in the corner of our garden, down a sloped woodland path. You can't see it from the house and it's completely private. It's a detached cabin, just for two.
It's got a 5 Star rating. The whole place was built to be eco-friendly. There's underfloor heating and it's very well insulated.
Inside, it's all open plan: living space, kitchen and dining area. The furniture is a mix of old and new things we've collected. The sofa is British-made. The bed is a good quality OTTY one. The shower room has a nice Italian stone basin.
Outside, there's a deck with furniture and sun loungers. There's also a cast iron roll-top bath on the deck. You can use it to sit outside and look at the stars.
The cabin is good for one well-behaved dog. There's parking right by it.
For things to do, Weston-super-Mare beach is about twenty minutes away. Bristol is about twelve minutes drive. You've got the shops, the museums, and the Clifton Suspension Bridge there. Bath is about forty minutes away if you want to see the Roman Baths. Cheddar Gorge is roughly half an hour.
