Eastacombe is in Atherington, Devon. It's a detached cottage, completely redone a couple of years ago. It's not flash, but it's very comfortable and it sleeps up to ten people.
It's got five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suites. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs. One bedroom and a wet room are on the ground floor, which is useful. The stairs are fine.
The main room is big and open plan, with a large kitchen and a breakfast bar. There's a separate snug at the front with a wood burner if you want some quiet. Outside, there's a patio and a lawned garden. There's a pizza oven and a barbecue built in, and a hot tub.
There's also a games room in a separate building. It has a pool table, table tennis, table football, a dartboard, and a games console. It has its own toilet.
The place is easy to find and park at. It's just off the A377. The local pub is a short walk down that road. Libbaton Golf Club is about three miles away. Eggesford Forest is right there for walking.
For bigger days out, Barnstaple is about eight miles. It's got a leisure centre with a pool, a cinema, and shops. Exmoor National Park is to the east, Dartmoor National Park is to the south. The north Devon coast with beaches like Croyde, Saunton, and Woolacombe is within a 30 minute drive. The South West Coast Path runs all along there.
Things included: all bedding and towels, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
