Cromwell Cottage is in Burntisland. It's a first floor villa with its own private entrance. The beach and the High Street are a few minutes' walk away.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The renovation was done recently.
The living room looks out towards the sea. There's a wood burner for colder evenings. The kitchen has a dining area with the same view over the Firth of Forth.
The beach here is good for rock pools. The town has a leisure centre, a park, and crazy golf. The High Street has some nice shops and cafes. There's a pub nearby too.
You're on the Fife Coastal Path here. You can walk to Kinghorn one way, or towards Aberdour the other. The train station is close, so you can get to Edinburgh in about half an hour without driving. Perth and Dundee are also on that line.
For days out, Edinburgh is the obvious one. You've also got Culross about half an hour north, and Falkland Palace is about forty minutes. St Andrews is an hour's drive.
In terms of what's here, the place has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
