Sunnyside Hestbank
Sunnyside Hestbank is a ground floor apartment in a house on the main road through Hest Bank. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and works.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, both doubles. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. You can bring one dog.
You're right by the coast. The beach is a two minute walk down the lane. Morecambe Bay is there. You can also get straight onto the Lancaster Canal towpath from here, which is good for a flat walk or a cycle.
Inside, the rooms are big with high ceilings. You get a view of the sea from the front windows, over the rooftops. The kitchen has what you need: a washing machine, an oven, a fridge. The bedding and towels are included.
There's a pub almost next door. A bit further down the road there's a cafe and a shop. For a bigger supermarket or other shops, you drive into Lancaster. That's about five minutes by car.
Lancaster has the castle and a museum if that's your thing. Lancaster Castle is a solid day out. For steam trains, Carnforth and the West Coast Railway station are about ten minutes' drive.
You're on the edge of the Arnside and Silverdale area, which is good for walking. National Trust Arnside and Silverdale has maps. For a longer coastal walk, you can head towards Morecambe or up to Carnforth.
Parking is on site, around the back. The WiFi works. There's a TV.
