Grange Of Berryhill

Grange of Berryhill is a big house near Fowlis in Angus. It's detached and stands on four acres of land, mostly lawn. You can see fields from the windows.

It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped. The main entrance is step-free, so it's accessible for wheelchairs.

The place has its own tennis court. It's not tournament standard but it's fine for a hit. There's a private hot tub on the patio and a summer house in the garden. The kitchen is large, with a big dining table.

You're about three miles from a shop and a pub. Dundee is a fifteen minute drive east. It's got all the usual city things, shops and restaurants. The V&A Dundee is there, and Discovery Point with Captain Scott's ship.

Tentsmuir Forest and beach are about half an hour away, past Tayport. Other good beaches are at Carnoustie and St Andrews. For walking, the Angus Glens like Glen Clova are within half an hour. There's a local golf course and you can find horse riding nearby.

Inside, there's a wood burning stove, TV, and WiFi. Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, and cot. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's plenty of parking.

If you need space for more people, you can book the place next door, Grange Loft, as well.
