This is Grange of Berryhill. It's near Fowlis in Angus, central Scotland. It's a detached house on a few acres of its own land.
It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's a big family house.
The main thing is the space. The garden is huge and lawned. You have your own tennis court out there, and a private hot tub beside the house. There's also a summerhouse.
The house is in an elevated spot, surrounded by farmland. You feel a bit away from everything, but Dundee is only a short drive for shops and things. A local shop and pub is about four miles away.
Dundee has the V&A museum and Discovery Point. The Angus glens are good for walking. The coast isn't far either, with beaches like Lunan Bay and Carnoustie within about half an hour.
Inside, it's a straightforward layout. The kitchen is large, with a dining area. There's a woodburning stove in the living room. It's all furnished for comfort, not for show.
Facilities: it's got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. You can bring up to two dogs. It is wheelchair accessible at the entrance. There's a cot and a stairgate if you need them.
You can book it together with the place next door, Grange Loft, if you have a bigger group.
