Grange Loft
This is Grange Loft. It's my loft conversion, separate from my house out here in Fowlis. You look out over the garden from the main room.
It's for two people. One bedroom with an en-suite shower. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well kept. It's open plan, so the living space and kitchen are together. The stairs up to it are a standard flight, not a ladder.
You're about four miles from shops and a pub. The local pub does food. For a big beach day, you've got Carnoustie or Lunan Bay along the coast. Dundee is close for restaurants and things like the V&A or the Discovery Point exhibition. If you like walking, the Angus Glens start not far from here. St Andrews is about half an hour's drive.
You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside. The garden area is yours to use. It has a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included.
