Oak Tree Cottage
Oak Tree Cottage is in Stoke Rochford, Lincolnshire. It's a detached cottage in the grounds of Stoke Rochford Hall. You can walk around the estate, which is nice.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles. One bathroom upstairs with a shower and a bath. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well looked after and comfortable. The stairs are normal.
Downstairs is all open plan. Kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a wood burning stove. The garden is private and enclosed. You can bring one dog.
It's very close to the A1, so it's easy to get to. Stamford is about ten minutes away. It's a nice old stone town with shops and cafes. They filmed some TV things there. Rutland Water is maybe twenty minutes drive. Good for walks, cycling, or water sports.
Further out, you've got Peterborough, Leicester, and Nottingham all within about forty minutes. Melton Mowbray is known for food, if that's your thing.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included.
