Ashley Cottage is in Colsterworth, Lincolnshire. It's a semi-detached stone cottage.
It sleeps five, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star rating. The place is old, built in 1705. It was a bakery, so on the ground floor the ceilings are a bit higher than you'd expect. The stairs are quite steep.
You can bring two dogs. There's a garden at the back, and space for a barbecue.
The A1 is close, so it's easy to get to from north or south. There's a bus stop nearby for getting to Grantham station.
There's a pub and a restaurant literally a few steps down the road. A small shop is up the road, and a bigger mini supermarket is about a quarter of a mile through the village.
It's a good base for the area. Isaac Newton's birthplace, Woolsthorpe Manor, is just outside the village. Grimsthorpe Castle is about ten miles away. Rutland Water is within half an hour if you like cycling or watersports.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
