Seven Seasons is a bungalow on a farm just outside Plains in Lanarkshire. It's all on one floor, which is good if stairs are a problem. You look out over fields. It's quiet.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. One has a super king bed, one a king, and the other has two singles. There's one bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower.
The place was built in the late eighties, so the rooms are a decent size. The living area is open plan with a dining space and a wood burner. The kitchen has what you need. There's a utility room at the back which is useful for boots or wet dogs. You can bring up to two pets.
Outside, there's a garden. You're on a working farm, so you'll see horses in the fields and sometimes lambs. The odd lamb might wander into the garden. It's a farm, so that happens.
You're right next to Easter Moffat Golf Course. The M8 motorway is minutes away. That means you can get into Glasgow or Edinburgh in under an hour by car. Stirling, Falkirk, and Loch Lomond are also easy day trips.
Locally, there's horse riding, fishing, and a few country parks. The village shop in Plains is close. For bigger shops, you'd drive to the nearby towns.
It's got a 4 Star rating. Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
