East Monkton Farm Cottage Broughton

East Monkton Farm Cottage is in Broughton. It's a semi-detached cottage on a working farm. It sleeps four, with two double bedrooms and one shower room. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The cottage has got a good sized living room and a kitchen diner. There's a useful boot room for coats and boots. Outside, there's a small enclosed garden area right outside the back door, and then a gate leads to a larger, enclosed lawn. It's safe for dogs. The garden gets the evening sun. There's a barbecue you can use.

The stairs are fine. The bedrooms are a good size with views over the fields.

You can walk to a pub in about eight minutes. For shops and cafes, Cowbridge is about six miles away. The coast is close. Monknash beach and Southerndown are both about ten minutes by car. The Nash Point lighthouse is worth a visit.

Cardiff and Swansea are each about half an hour's drive. The Dyffryn Gardens are 25 minutes away. If you fancy a day out without driving, Llantwit Major is ten minutes away and you can get a train from there to Cardiff, Barry or Penarth.

Facilities: it's got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. Electricity is included in the price. You can bring up to two dogs.
