Brookside is in Treoes. It's a village in the Vale of Glamorgan. It's a detached house, so no one attached.
It sleeps five, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and has everything you need.
The front door is level, which is good if you have mobility issues, and there's a walk-in shower. Inside, it's open plan at the back: the living room and dining area are all one space. The kitchen is separate, through a doorway. It leads out to the garden.
The garden is enclosed, so it's secure. There's an outhouse and some garage space you can use to store bikes.
Parking is on the driveway at the front.
In the village, there's a local pub. It's a short walk. For a beach, the nearest is about seven miles away.
You're quite well placed for getting out. The Vale of Glamorgan coast path is nearby for walking. You can drive to Cardiff Bay or into Cardiff city centre in about 40 minutes. Swansea is about the same. The National Trust has a few places nearby, like Dyffryn Gardens.
The house has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV. No pets, sorry.
