Culver Croft is a lodge, built last year. It's on our farm, detached, with its own deck. The view is straight out over fields. You get the sunrise.
It sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's all on one level so it's fairly accessible. There's one small step up to get inside. The shower is a good size, with a rainfall head. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's new and everything works as it should.
It's quiet here. You'll see more pheasants than people. We're trying to establish a wildflower meadow at the front. It's a work in progress.
You can walk into Chiddingstone village in about 15 minutes. It's a National Trust village, completely Tudor. Chiddingstone Village. The castle is even closer, just a few minutes' walk. Good for a look around if that's your thing.
There are public footpaths from the farm gate if you want a walk without driving.
Tunbridge Wells is about 20 minutes by car. Sevenoaks is about 25 minutes. The coast at Eastbourne is just over an hour.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We've put a barbecue and a fire pit on the deck. No pets, sorry.
