Glen View Laggan

Glen View is a bungalow in Laggan, in the Great Glen. It's a 3 Star property, so it's comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. The main thing is the view, which is over the water. You can see it from the living room and the patio.

It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. One bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. Everything is on one level.

You've got a patio out the front with a bench. The living area is open plan. There's a kitchen, a dining table, and a sofa. It's a straightforward space. The WiFi works fine.

There's a local pub you can walk to. For groceries, you'd drive to Fort William or Inverness.

Fort William is about half an hour away. From there you can get onto Ben Nevis if you're walking, or catch the steam train to Mallaig. Inverness is about 45 minutes in the other direction.

If you're here for a week, a day trip to the Isle of Skye is possible, but it's a long day. Eilean Donan Castle is on the way. Closer by, there's Loch Ness for the classic tourist visit, or you can hire mountain bikes or try whitewater rafting locally.

The facilities are what you'd expect: a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
