Oich View is in Laggan, in the Scottish Highlands. It's the end cottage in a small row. It's right on the banks of the River Oich, so you get a direct view of the water from the front. It's peaceful.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite to the main bedroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
The living space is open plan: kitchen, dining area, and sitting area all in one room. There are patio doors at the front that open straight out towards the water. There's a bench out there if you want to sit and watch the river.
You're between Loch Lochy and Loch Oich here, in the Great Glen. Fort William is about half an hour's drive west. From there you can get the train to Mallaig, or walk up Ben Nevis if you're feeling energetic. Inverness is about the same drive time to the east.
For a good day out, Glenfinnan Monument is worth seeing, and Eilean Donan Castle is roughly an hour away by car. The Visit Scotland Highlands site has more ideas.
Things here: it's all on the ground floor, there's parking next to the cottage, WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
