This is an ideal cottage for families however people with mobility issues may find the house a challenge as it is spread over three floors and outside steps from the parking.
With a short walk into Petworth, the cottage is ideally situated to access the local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The Petworth town centre is a mere 5-minute walk away with its fair share of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, art galleries, and antique and boutique shops.
Over the road is Petworth House and Deer Park, a 17th-century stately home now owned by the National Trust. It also has a beautiful deer park for wonderful country walks and a great coffee shop. The cottage is just a 10 10-minute drive from Cowdray with a farm and coffee shop. The Weald and Downland Living Museum is 20 20-minute drive away and is also dog friendly. Arundel with its fairytale castle, is 20 minutes drive and well worth a visit.
