The barn overlooks the courtyard of the owner’s farmhouse with sitting-out areas. Patchole is set in the heart of the North Devon countryside and is well suited for exploring this area. At Croyde and Woolacombe, some of the best and cleanest surf beaches in the country can be found, as well as many smaller coves and bays. Barnstaple, the regional town, offers a range of shops.
