Marrion House is in Overton. It's a quiet village on the River Lune, near Morecambe Bay. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. That's handy if you don't want stairs.
There are two bedrooms and it sleeps four. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's spacious and clean. The living room is a good size.
Out the back is a south-facing courtyard. It gets the sun most of the day. There's parking right outside.
In the village, there's a pub and a garden centre. The pub does food and has things on. Sunderland Point is about a mile away. It's a strange, quiet place out on the marshes. Good for a walk and for birdwatching. The beach is about three miles.
Morecambe is a ten minute drive. It's got the promenade, the market, and the usual seafront things. Heysham Golf Club is two miles away.
You're close to the M6 here. The southern Lakes are about half an hour away. So is the Yorkshire Dales. Lancaster is just over the river.
It has a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. The fire is a wood burner. You can bring up to two dogs.
