The Old Dairy is on our farm, just outside Sutton on Trent. It's a converted barn, semi-detached with the other holiday let next door. You get your own bit of garden out the front.
The place sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-finished. The whole ground floor is wheelchair accessible, with wide doors and grab rails in one of the bathrooms. There's a ramp to get in.
You're on a working farm, so you'll see the fields. It's quiet. The main road, the A1, is about five minutes away by car, which makes getting around easy.
The local pub is about a mile down the lane in the village. They do food. The village shop is there too. The River Trent is close by for fishing, and there are some fishing lakes nearby if that's your thing. You can walk or cycle straight from the door onto the local paths.
Newark is about ten minutes' drive. They have the antiques fairs at the showground. Lincoln is around half an hour away. The cathedral and castle are worth the trip. You can easily do a day out there.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's parking right outside and an electric vehicle charger.
