May Escape
This is the May Escape. It's a semi-detached house in Heswall, on the Wirral. We did it up a few years ago, so everything works and it's all fairly new.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star rating, which means its comfortable and clean. The garden is enclosed, so it's private. There's parking for one car on the drive.
Heswall itself is handy. You can walk to the shops and pubs in about ten minutes. There are some good places to eat. The Heswall Golf Club is right here, with views over the river.
For the coast, Thurstaston beach is about ten minutes' drive. It's good for a walk and the sunsets are nice. The whole Wirral Way path is there for cycling or walking.
Chester is about half an hour away by car. Liverpool is closer, maybe twenty minutes. Southport is a bit further. They're all easy for a day trip.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. Sorry, no pets.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust has a few places nearby, like Speke Hall. For the local coast and countryside, the Wirral Country Park site has maps.
