This is Glebe Cottage in Callow End, Worcestershire. It's a detached house, one of the old black-and-white timber frame ones with a thatched roof. You really are getting an old house, so it's not perfect.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms with one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star, so think clean and comfortable, not modern luxury.
Because it's so old, there are steps between the main rooms inside. The stairs are quite steep in places. There's a large, enclosed garden that's yours to use, but the path is a bit uneven. If you have children, you'll need to watch them upstairs as the windows don't have limiters.
It's on the main road into the village. There's a shop about 100 yards away and two decent pubs. You can get some good walks straight from the door.
It's a good spot for getting out. The Malvern Hills are about a 20 minute drive for a proper hill walk. Great Malvern is nearby too. Worcester is under half an hour away, it's got the cathedral and all the shops you'd need.
For things to do, the National Trust's Hanbury Hall is close by, and you can be at the edge of the Cotswolds within half an hour.
In terms of what's here: parking, washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring two dogs.
