The Long Barn Little Baddow

The Long Barn is in Little Baddow, just outside Chelmsford. It's a detached barn conversion, so you're on your own. It's set back from a quiet lane and looks out onto fields.

It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. We can take one well-behaved dog.

The barn is all on one level, which is good if you have mobility issues or don't like stairs. The main living area is open plan. It's a big space.

Little Baddow itself is quiet. There's a village hall and a church. The nearest pub is a short drive away. For shops, you'll want to go into Chelmsford, which is about ten minutes by car.

If you like walking, there's a network of footpaths right from the door. The Chelmer Valley is nearby. For a day out, Hylands House is worth a look. The RHS Garden Hyde Hall is about fifteen minutes drive. You can get to the coast at Maldon or Bradwell-on-Sea in under half an hour.

London is an hour on the train from Chelmsford station, if you fancy that.

Inside, there's a washing machine, TV, and parking for two cars. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a highchair if you need one.
