Warren Lodge
Warren Lodge is on the Warren Estate, in Woodham Walter. It's a detached house so you've got your own space. The garden is enclosed.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's in good order and fits the "luxury" tag well enough. It's modern inside. The main living area is open plan. There's a wood burner for colder evenings. The dining table is big, it seats twelve.
Being on the estate means you get access to the health club. That's the heated indoor pool, the gym, sauna and steam room. You have to book slots. There are also two golf courses right there if that's your thing.
For the beach, you're looking at about three miles to the coast at Maldon Promenade. It's more of a waterfront with boats than a sandy beach. Danbury Country Park is close, maybe a ten minute drive. It's good for a walk.
Chelmsford city centre is about fifteen minutes by car. They've got the usual shops and a cinema. Colchester is around forty minutes if you want to see the castle or the zoo.
As for the house, it's got WiFi, a TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for a couple of cars on the drive. No pets.
