Nightingales Hollesley

This is Nightingales. It's a first floor flat in a big farm building on our land. It's just for two of you, one bedroom and one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star, which means it's clean and comfortable but not luxury. You get the views because it's upstairs.

The land here is about 10 acres, all fenced. You're welcome to walk around it. We've got woods and lakes further out. If you wanted to bring horses, we can sometimes arrange that, you'd have to ask us first.

You're about a mile from the sea at Shingle Street. It's a pebble beach, quite wild. Hollesley village is a quarter of a mile away, so you can walk to the shop and the pub. The pub does food.

For things to do, Sutton Hoo is very close, maybe three miles. It's the famous Anglo-Saxon burial site. Sutton Hoo. Woodbridge is five miles away. That's a proper market town with shops, a cinema, and places to eat. They've got a swimming pool too.

If you like birdwatching, RSPB Minsmere is about a 20 minute drive. Orford Castle and the Ness are worth a trip, also about 20 minutes. Aldeburgh and Southwold are both within half an hour.

As for the flat itself, it's got a walk-in shower. There's parking right outside. The garden and patio area are shared with the other holiday place here, Mulberry Wing. We include all the bedding and towels. WiFi is there but it's rural, so it's okay but not super fast. You can bring up to two dogs.
