Nightingales Hollesley

Alright, so Nightingales is the upstairs flat here. It's on the first floor of an old farm building, on our land. We've got about ten acres here, and it's all fenced in. You get your own bit of garden too.

It's a place for two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and everything works, but it's not luxurious. Everything's included: the electricity, the bedding, towels, that sort of thing. The WiFi is okay.

You're right out in the countryside. It's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can see the sea at Shingle Street from the land here. It's about a mile's walk down the lane to get to the beach proper. The coast path is good for walks.

There's a shop and a pub in the village, about a quarter of a mile away. The pub does food. Woodbridge is five miles if you need a supermarket or more shops.

You're well placed for the Suffolk coast. Sutton Hoo is just three miles away. Aldeburgh, Orford, and Southwold are all within a thirty minute drive. RSPB Minsmere is about twenty minutes by car if you're a birdwatcher.

You can bring a dog. There's parking right outside. We're a working farm, so you'll see horses and maybe some sheep about. If you fancy a ride, we can usually sort that out on our own land.
