The Nook At Henge Estate Elston

The Nook is an annexe at the back of our house in Elston. It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. It's got a 4 Star rating, which I think just means it's well-equipped and comfortable.

The bedroom's on the ground floor. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area and kitchen are open plan. It's all on one level, so no stairs to worry about. We've got an electric vehicle charger if you need it.

You get the little patio area to yourselves. It's south-facing, so it gets the sun in the afternoon. There's parking right outside the door.

It's a quiet village. There's a village pub about a five minute walk away, and a small supermarket if you need anything. It's good for just switching off.

Stonehenge is incredibly close, about a six minute drive. We can see the top of it from the field behind the house. Salisbury Plain is right there for walks. If you want to go further, Salisbury itself is about twenty minutes by car. The cathedral is worth seeing.

Longleat is about half an hour's drive. In the other direction, towards Dorset, the coast is around 45 minutes if you fancy a day at the beach.

We allow one well-behaved dog. Facilities are all as listed: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair in the cupboard if you need them.
