This is Easter Lettoch, in Advie. It’s detached, so no neighbours attached to you. The main thing is the view. You look out over the Spey Valley towards the Cromdale Hills. It’s just fields and hills. Very quiet.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own shower room right next to it. That’s handy. The stairs are normal.
The living room is big, with windows on three sides. It’s light. There’s a wood burner in the dining room. The kitchen is fine, it has what you need. There’s a patio with a table and chairs out the back, and a barbecue. The garden is large. You get red squirrels. Sometimes you’ll see deer out on the moorland behind the house.
You’re right in the Cairngorms National Park. The Speyside Way walking route is nearby. You can start walks from the door. There’s a storage shed for bikes if you bring them. Grantown-on-Spey is about five and a half miles away for shops, a supermarket, and a few places to eat.
For a day out, the Moray coast is roughly half an hour’s drive. If you’re into whisky, you’re in the middle of that trail. Aviemore is about 30 miles for things like the ski centre. There’s a golf course within five miles.
What’s here: Parking for three cars. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and a highchair if you need them. It has an electric vehicle charger.
