St Albans Church

St Albans Church is in Treherbert, up the Rhondda Valley. It's a converted church, detached. You get it all to yourselves. It was built in 1899.

It sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a proper space for a big group or family. The main living room has a huge stained glass window, about 25 foot tall. It's quite something.

There's a shop about 50 yards away and a pub 250 yards. Both are handy. A restaurant is a mile down the road.

The garden is enclosed. It's got patio furniture. There's a games room, which is good if the weather turns. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. It's pet friendly, up to three dogs.

Right on the doorstep, there are a few waterfalls within a fifteen minute walk. For mountain biking, the Afan Forest Park is about twenty minutes by car. People say it's some of the best in the world. Margam Country Park is half an hour's drive. It's got a castle, deer, that sort of thing.

For big days out, Zip World is ten minutes away. The Brecon Beacons are about forty minutes north for walking. Swansea and Cardiff are both roughly forty-five minutes by car. The Gower Peninsula, for the beaches, is just over an hour.
