St Albans Church

It's called St Albans Church. It's in Treherbert, which is in the Rhondda Valley. It used to be a church, built in 1899. It's been converted into a house.

It sleeps ten people. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms, so it's good for a big group or a couple of families. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's detached and you get the garden to yourselves.

The main thing is the living room has a very big stained glass window, about 25 feet tall. It's unusual. There's a games room as well, with a pool table.

The village has a shop about 50 yards away. There's a pub 250 yards from the door. You can take up to three dogs.

You're right on the edge of the Afan Forest. There are waterfalls you can walk to in about fifteen minutes. The Afan Argoed Forestry Park is famous for mountain biking. For walking, the Brecon Beacons are about a 30 minute drive.

Margam Country Park is about 20 minutes by car. It has a castle and deer park. Zip World is about 10 minutes away if you want that. The Gower Peninsula and its beaches are maybe 45 minutes to an hour's drive. Cardiff is about 45 minutes if you want a city day.

Inside, it's got the basics covered: wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
