Dairy Cottage Royal Wootton Bassett

This is Dairy Cottage. It's a converted stone barn on our farm, Harris Croft Farm. The views are farmland, so it's quiet. You'll see horses in the fields.

It sleeps four, but it's all in one big mezzanine bedroom upstairs. So it suits one couple, or a couple with kids. One bathroom downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.

The stairs up to the bedroom are a ship's ladder. They're fine, but they're steep and narrow. You need to be okay with that.

There's a shop about five minutes walk away. The local pub is about ten minutes walk. They do food.

You're right by the M4, so getting around is easy. Royal Wootton Bassett is a small market town, a couple of minutes in the car. It's got the basics.

You can be in Bath in about half an hour. Bristol is around 40 minutes. For a day out, Longleat is about 25 minutes away. Stonehenge and Avebury are both within a 30 minute drive. The Cotswold Water Park is nearby if you like walks or watersports.

The cottage has pretty much what you'd need: wifi, TV, a washing machine, parking right outside. Towels and bedding are included. We allow pets, up to three.
