The Calf Shed
The Calf Shed is a holiday cottage on our sheep farm in Bushton. It used to be a barn, obviously. Everything's underfloor heated and there's a wood burner.
It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is upstairs with an ensuite shower. The other bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom just next to it. It's been done up nicely, so it has the 5 Star rating. It feels modern but it's still a converted farm building.
It's quiet here. You'll see the sheep and our horses in the fields. You get your own parking space right outside.
You're three miles from Royal Wootton Bassett for shops and pubs. For a day out, the M4 is close, so Avebury is about twenty minutes away. Lacock Abbey is about the same. Stonehenge is maybe half an hour. National Trust Avebury is the one to look at for that. Bristol and Bath are under an hour's drive.
Inside, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. All the bedding and towels are included. It's not suitable for pets. There's another cottage next door called The Old Dairy, and the two can be booked together if you're a bigger group.
