Glacour Studio Cottage
Glacour Studio Cottage is in Grudie, in Strathconon. It's a detached building, a converted croft house. It's very quiet. No mobile reception. You'll need to want peace and quiet.
It's for two people. It's one open-plan room with a kitchen area and a sleeping area. The bathroom is separate. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's simple and clean.
There's a woodburning stove, which is fine. It's on electric heating and we leave a bit of wood to get you started. There's a washing machine. Parking is right outside.
It's a rural spot. You can walk from the door. The wildlife is good. You might see deer.
The nearest shop and pub are about 15 miles away in Muir of Ord, so you'll need to plan shopping. Inverness is about an hour's drive, maybe a bit more if it's busy. It's good for a bigger shop or a day out.
You can get to Loch Ness fairly easily from here, or head west towards the coast around Gairloch and Ullapool. That drive is spectacular.
We allow up to two dogs. Please keep them off the furniture.
