Horseshoe House
Horseshoe House is in Saham Toney. It's a cottage, about 200 years old. We renovated it a few years ago.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It’s got a 5 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and the finishes are good. It’s old though, so there are a couple of internal steps inside. The stairs are cottage stairs.
You can bring one dog. There’s a garden and parking on site.
Inside, there's an open fire – we leave wood for you. The bath is a freestanding one, it’s a feature. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included.
The village pub and a restaurant are about half a mile away. The nearest shop is a mile.
Thetford Forest is about a 20-minute drive. Good for walking and cycling. They have the Go Ape treetop stuff there too. Forestry England: Thetford Forest.
Norwich is roughly half an hour by car. The castle and cathedral are worth a look. Visit Norwich.
The north Norfolk coast is under an hour away. It’s all beaches and marshes. National Trust North Norfolk.
