Achabeg is in Inverlussa, a hamlet near Achahoish. It's a detached house, so you're on your own. The main thing is the view. The living room is upstairs to make the most of it. You look out over the hills and Loch Sween towards Jura.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. There's another bathroom downstairs too. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern, well-insulated and comfortable.
It's a quiet spot. The garden is enclosed. You can walk down to Loch Sween from the house. It's good for sailing and fishing if that's your thing. The local shop is in Achnamara, about a mile north.
For a pint or a meal, you'll probably drive. Crinan is about 15 minutes away. Nice harbour to watch the boats. Lochgilphead is 20 minutes the other way, that's got a bigger Co-op and a few pubs.
Good walking and cycling from the door, especially along the Crinan Canal towpath. You can get ferries to the islands from Tayinloan for Gigha, or from Kennacraig for Islay and Jura. Oban is about an hour's drive for ferries to Mull.
Facilities: woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, all bedding included. Parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
