Meadow Croft Llangeinor

Meadow Croft is a cottage attached to the main house. The main house is old, from the 17th century, but Meadow Croft itself is a modern extension. It's in Llangeinor, right in the valleys. You get two acres of garden to yourself. It's mostly lawn, with a patio area. The view from there is over the valley, it's very green.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well equipped and comfortable. Everything's on one level which is handy. You can bring one dog.

There's a pub about 100 yards away, they do food. The nearest shop and a few places to eat are in Brynna, about three miles down the road.

If you like walking, you can go straight from the back gate. For mountain biking, the Afan Argoed park is very close, it's a big deal for that. The coast is about half an hour's drive. The Gower Peninsula is there, it's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Rhossili Bay is the famous one.

You can drive to Cardiff in about 40 minutes. It's easy to park near the castle and walk in. Caerphilly Castle is about the same drive the other way, it's massive. For a wider view of what's around, Visit Wales and the National Trust in Wales have good information.

Inside, it's open plan. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi works fine. You can park right outside.
