Surrey Hills Barn
Surrey Hills Barn is near Logmore Green. It's at the very end of a lane, so it's quiet. The building used to be a barn. It's next to our farmhouse, which is old, from 1464. You get your own garden and terrace.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower room. That's handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main room is all one big space with high beams. There's a kitchen area, a dining table, a sitting area with a wood burner, a library bit, and a full-size snooker table. The kitchen is on the smaller side but it has what you need.
There's a large pond on the property with fish and ducks. You'll see herons and other wildlife around. We get badgers and deer in the fields.
For getting out, there's a footpath right from the property into the Surrey Hills. For a shop and a baker, you drive about ten minutes to Westcott. Dorking is about fifteen minutes by car for supermarkets and more shops.
Guildford is about half an hour away. London is under an hour by train from Dorking or Guildford station if you fancy a trip in.
Facilities: there's WiFi, parking, a BBQ, a cot and highchair if needed, and bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
