Commonwealth Cottage
Commonwealth Cottage is in Latteridge. It’s a detached cottage on our property, but you’ve got your own bit. Sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It’s rated 3 Star, so it’s comfortable and clean.
The kitchen has what you need, a fridge, cooker, washing machine. There's a TV and WiFi. Towels and bedding are included. You can park right outside.
Outside there’s a private patio with a table and chairs. It’s quiet here, looks out over fields. We have a dog and we’re fine with you bringing one well-behaved dog.
The nearest shop is about two miles away in Iron Acton. There are a couple of pubs within a mile and a half. The Swan is probably the closest.
You’re about half an hour from Bristol and Bath if you want a city day. Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths are there if you like history. In this direction, you’re close to the edge of the Cotswolds and the Forest of Dean. Good walking in both.
