Corrie Burn Villa is in Ullapool, on the west coast of the Highlands. It's a detached house, sleeps ten, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The layout is a bit different. The main living space, kitchen, and the master bedroom are all upstairs. That's because of the view. You get a big deck out there looking straight over Loch Broom. There's a wood burner in one of the sitting rooms.
Downstairs has the other bedrooms and a wet room. There are two lounges and two dining areas, so a big group isn't all on top of each other. The garage is handy if you've brought bikes or kayaks.
You can bring one dog. Parking is on the drive.
Ullapool itself is a five minute walk. It's a proper working harbour with good pubs and places to eat. The ferry to Stornoway in the Outer Hebrides goes from there. The boat trips from the harbour are worth doing, they go out to the Summer Isles.
For walking, you're right on the edge of the Inverpolly National Nature Reserve. The landscape is all mountains and lochs. Further afield, Achiltibuie is about 45 minutes drive north, and you can get to places like Lochinver within half an hour.
Facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
