The Barn
The Barn is on the edge of Sutton Green, near Woking. It's a converted barn, done up pretty modern inside. It sleeps eight but it's two bedrooms, so there are bunk beds and it's fairly open plan. It's a 5 Star, which means it's well kitted out and everything is new.
You've got two bathrooms. The main one has a big jacuzzi bath. There's a good sized kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The living area is all one space, so it's fine if everyone's together but there isn't a separate quiet room. The TV has Sky.
Outside, you get your own patio with a table and a BBQ. There's a shared swimming pool you can use, but only from May to October. There's also a mini golf course and a trampoline on the grounds that anyone staying can use. Parking is right there.
The local pub is about a ten minute walk. Sutton Green golf course is literally around the corner. If you want to go riding, there's stables nearby you can book lessons at.
Guildford is a fifteen minute drive. You've got the castle, the theatre, and the shops. Woking is about ten minutes the other way. The Surrey Hills are close for walking. National Trust Surrey has a lot of info on the area. Surrey Hills National Landscape is good for walking routes.
Facilities wise: bedding and towels are included, there's a cot, fast WiFi, and a washing machine in a shared laundry room. No pets allowed.
