Alpaca Lodge is in Bartington, Northwich. It's a detached lodge on a paddock. There are alpacas you can see from the windows.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. It's a 3 Star, so it's clean and works but it's not fancy. It's off-grid in style, so you run it on a battery system.
The inside is one open plan room with a kitchen and living area. The floorboards are reclaimed wood, same with the walls. It feels rustic. It's heated with electric heaters in each room. There are patio doors at the front and the back, so it's light. One opens to an enclosed seating area outside.
The Trent and Mersey Canal runs right behind the property. It's good for a walk. There are two pubs you can walk to, both serve food.
For other things to do, Delamere Forest is about a fifteen minute drive. Good for walks and cycling. Chester Zoo and Beeston Castle are within half an hour. If you want to go further, Chester, Liverpool or Manchester are under an hour.
Facilities: there's parking on site, an enclosed garden area, WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs.
