Heart Of The Valleys is a terraced house on a quiet street in Ebbw Vale. It's got good views over the valley across the back. You can sit in the garden there and it's peaceful.
The house sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star, so it's clean and tidy without being high-spec. There's a storage shed out the back if you need to put bikes or fishing gear away. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a decent dog-walking park about five minutes away.
Locally, you're in the town for shops and things. For proper walks, you're very close to the Brecon Beacons. It's about a twenty minute drive to get right into it for the waterfalls and bigger hills.
The industrial history around here is a big part of it. Blaenavon is just down the road, maybe fifteen minutes. That's where the Big Pit mining museum is, and the ironworks. Both are UNESCO sites. Useful link for planning: Big Pit National Coal Museum.
You can drive to Abergavenny in about half an hour for the market. Monmouth is about the same. Cardiff is under an hour if you need a city or the stadium.
The facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are included. There's a patio garden at the back. The listing says local fishing, golf, and horse riding are available, you'd need to book those locally yourself.
