It's a three star property, sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin. One bathroom, which is upstairs too. The stairs are cottage stairs, so a bit steeper than normal.
A sofa bed downstairs means you can sleep two more if needed. The garden is private and fully enclosed. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
The facilities are what you'd expect. Washing machine, WiFi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. Sorry, no pets.
There's a local pub a short walk away that does food. You can walk to some woods and fields from the cottage without needing the car. The Surrey Hills are a short drive for longer walks.
It's a quiet spot, but you're not far from things. Reading is about 15 minutes by car for shops and the station. Windsor is about half an hour. The M3 and M4 are both nearby, so getting to places like Guildford, Ascot, or over towards Hampshire is straightforward.
