Kingsley Apartment
Kingsley Apartment is in the Eversley Centre, near Hartley Wintney. It's a modern first-floor apartment above a Spanish restaurant. You get your own front door to a private hall, so it feels separate, but you can also use the hotel bar and restaurant downstairs.
It sleeps five in two rooms. One is a proper bedroom. The other is a bedroom that also works as a sitting room, with a sofa and TV. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's in good nick and everything works.
The whole place is smart. The kitchen is big and easy to cook in. Everything's been done with an eye on being eco-friendly, like the solar hot water.
Outside, you have your own private patio area at the back, which is fenced in. Good for a barbecue and easy for dogs or kids. There's also the shared courtyard at the front, which is nicely done up with lights and seating. It belongs to the restaurant, but you can use it. The guinea pigs live under the olive tree out there.
Parking is easy and there are electric car chargers, including one for Teslas.
On the facilities: it has pretty much everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Pets are welcome, up to two.
For things to do, you're well placed. The hotel spa next door is available for guests. For walking, The Vyne is about 25 minutes away and has good grounds. Fleet Pond nature reserve is a 20 minute drive. If you fancy a day out, Farnborough Park is close. Reading and Basingstoke are both within half an hour for shopping.
