Collis House Annex Draycott

The Collis House Annex is in Draycott. It's basically the ground floor of our house, but it's completely separate with its own front door. You get the patio and garden to yourselves. The view is over the fields.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's well put together and everything is new, but we've kept it simple.

You come in through the main living space. It's all open plan, so the kitchen, dining area and sitting room are together. The patio doors open straight out to your garden area.

The village has a shop and a couple of pubs within walking distance. Derby is about ten minutes by car if you need anything bigger.

For walks, Elvaston Castle Country Park is very close. It's good for a flat walk. The Peak District is about a twenty minute drive to the north. You can get to places like Dovedale or Carsington Water in under half an hour.

Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, parking for two cars, all bedding and towels included. We accept up to two dogs.
