This is Scardroy Aberdeen. It's an apartment in the city centre, part of the old main post office building they converted. It's granite, like most of Aberdeen.
It sleeps four, but it's one bedroom. There's a proper double bed in the bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the living area. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean.
You're right in the middle of things. It's a five minute walk to the train station and Union Square shopping centre. The Music Hall is basically round the corner on Union Street, so there are loads of shops and places to eat and drink there.
The beach is about a mile and three quarters away. It's a long sandy beach. Codona's amusement park is there if you've got kids. The old town is interesting for a walk, with the cobbled streets and older buildings.
There's a gym and a sauna in the building you can use. The apartment has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's private parking, which is useful. No pets allowed.
If you're planning trips out, the VisitAberdeen site has good information. For castles and historic stuff nearby, Historic Environment Scotland is the one to check.
