Hive Mews is a first-floor flat in Abingdon. It sleeps two. It's got wooden beams, which means you've got to mind your head in a couple of places. It's not huge, but it's fine for a couple.
It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-kept. There's one bedroom and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything you'd expect is included: bedding, towels, wifi, a washing machine, and parking right outside.
The location is the main thing. You're about a minute's walk from the river Thames. You can just wander down there. The town centre with the shops, cafes, and pubs is a couple of minutes in the other direction. The Monday market is good.
Oxford is about eight miles away. There's a bus stop close by that goes there regularly. So you can go see the Bodleian Library or go punting without worrying about parking.
If you drive, you've got lots of options within half an hour. Blenheim Palace is over near Woodstock. The Cotswolds start to the west. Bicester Village is about a 25-minute drive if you want to go shopping.
A bit further out, you've got the Chilterns or the Berkshire Downs for walks. The train station in Didcot has services to London.
No pets, sorry.
