Olivers Barn
Olivers Barn is in Shefford Woodlands, Berkshire. It's one of two barns that were converted together, this one and Hatchers Barn next door. They're identical inside. You can rent one on its own or both together if you've got a big group.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a high standard. It's a proper modern conversion inside, not draughty. Some of it is wheelchair accessible, but you'd need to check the specifics with me.
You've got your own enclosed garden with a patio and a BBQ. There's parking and an electric car charger. Inside, there's a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, and the wifi works. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
The barn is on a working farm, so you'll see sheep and maybe tractors about. There's a footpath right from the front gate that goes straight into the fields. It's good walking and cycling country. The local pub is about a mile away.
You're in the North Wessex Downs. For a day out, Highclere Castle is about 20 minutes drive. So is Newbury Racecourse. The big stones at Avebury are about 40 minutes away. Windsor Castle is roughly half an hour.
