Russets
Russets is an apartment on a fruit farm in Bovinger, Essex. It's newly built, on the first floor above the farm shop. It's for two people.
It's open plan, so the kitchen, living area, and the kingsize bed are all in one room. There's a separate bathroom. The shower is good. The rating is 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well-finished.
You're on a working farm. You can buy produce from the shop downstairs. In season, you can pick your own plums from the orchard. There's parking right outside and an electric vehicle charger.
The stairs up to the apartment are external and quite steep. One pet is allowed.
The farm is rural, but you're not far from things. The M11 is about ten minutes by car, so getting around is straightforward. Epping Forest is close for walks. Epping Forest has a lot of information.
Chipping Ongar is three miles away. They have a steam railway there. For a day out, you can drive to the Lee Valley White Water Centre in under half an hour. The Royal Gunpowder Mills in Waltham Abbey are interesting if you like history.
North Weald Airfield has a big market on Saturdays. For shopping, there's a retail park near Epping.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and all bedding and towels are included. There's a small private patio area with a table and chairs.
