Brindleshaw Barn
Brindleshaw Barn is a converted barn on our land in Harvel, near Meopham. It's detached and you get your own garden, which is enclosed. It's quiet here. You look out over fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which just means it's well finished and comfortable. We built it to be a good place to stay.
You're in the North Downs, so it's good walking country. The National Trust has a few properties nearby, like Cobham Mausoleum and Owletts. Cobham village is about ten minutes by car. The Leather Bottle pub there has some Dickens stuff because he wrote about it.
There's a farm shop up the road, Harvel House, for meat and veg. Meopham has a train station that gets you to London Victoria in under 45 minutes if you need it.
For days out, Bluewater shopping centre is 15 minutes away. The coast at Whitstable or Herne Bay is about half an hour by car. If you fancy a proper castle, Rochester is within 30 minutes.
The place has wifi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog. Parking is right outside.
