Gardeners Cottage
Gardeners Cottage is on the Chillington Hall estate near Kiddemore Green. It's detached, used to be the gardener's house. You're right by the hall and its grounds.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well done up and comfortable. There are wood burners in the living room and the main bedroom.
The cottage has its own enclosed garden. You get on-site parking. Inside, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can take one well-behaved dog.
You're free to walk on the estate's footpaths. On some days, the hall grounds are open to the public, so you can look around the house and the parkland. The main shop and pub are in Brewood, about two miles away.
For days out, the RAF Museum at Cosford is very close. Stafford is about nine miles for the castle. If you head into Shropshire, Ironbridge is roughly 40 minutes by car. Birmingham is easy to get to, about half an hour's drive, or you can get the train from Codsall.
