West Kilblean Cottage - Uk
West Kilblean Cottage is on our farm near Craigdam. It's a detached cottage, so you're on your own. The views are over the fields. It's quiet.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's been done up recently so everything works and it's comfortable. The whole place is on the ground floor. There's a wood burner for colder nights.
You're about a mile and a half from Old Meldrum. There's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant there. They're fine.
For walks, Bennachie is about ten miles away. It's not a big mountain but the views are good. The beach at Newburgh is eleven miles. You can see seals there often. If you want a bigger beach, Balmedie has the sand dunes. That's about a twenty-five minute drive.
Pitmedden Garden is close by for a wander. For history, Tolquhon Castle is nearby and Haddo House is worth a visit. Both are about a fifteen minute drive.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Parking is right outside. You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included.
